Delivery Schedule

We try to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receipt. Subject to stock availability. UK orders are usually delivered within 5 working days. International orders are generally delivered within 14 days.

Refunds and Exchanges

If you are unhappy with your purchase you can return them for a refund or exchange. A receipt and returns slip are enclosed with all our orders. The returns slip must be completed and returned with the goods within 14 days of the date on the receipt. Goods must be returned unused in the original condition that you received them. Products can be returned via our freepost address, which is detailed on our order form and returns slip. Please remember to obtain a proof of posting from your post office, as we are only responsible for returned goods once we have received them. The value of the goods will be refunded on receipt of them, but not the postage and packaging charge. The postage and packaging charge will only be refunded if goods are faulty or damaged. If goods are being exchanged postage and packing will not be charged again.
